How we ship, what to do if something goes wrong, and how to return an order.
We ship via UPS and USPS. Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 1 PM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM Thursday ship the following Monday. We ship all orders in discreet, unmarked packaging.
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 5 days of receipt at rondodistributing@gmail.com. Retain all packaging materials for carrier inspection.
We accept returns on unopened items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. A 10% restocking fee applies unless the error is ours. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
If you need to cancel an order that has already been processed but not yet shipped, a 15% restocking fee applies.
