Do you ship orders?

Yes. We ship all orders via UPS or USPS. Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 1 PM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM Thursday ship the following Monday.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. Contact us at rondodistributing@gmail.com for international inquiries.

What if an item I ordered is out of stock?

We will contact you by phone or email and offer you the option to wait for the item to be restocked, receive store credit, or receive a full refund.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. See our Shipping and Returns page for full details.
